Description
The best way to fight breast cancer is to have a plan that helps you detect the disease in its early stages. The National Breast Cancer Foundation’s Early Detection Plan (EDP) enables you to be proactive about your health by reminding you to perform routine breast self-exams and to schedule clinical breast exams and mammograms, depending on your age and health history.

You can also learn more about clinical breast exams, mammograms, risk factors, signs and symptoms, and how to perform a breast self-exam.

I headed to google play from my mobile phone and download the Early Detection Plan App and it was easy to use as you can see its self explanatory from the screen shot above...

This app is so easy to use and its important to have because as a on the go mom I need an app that will remind e to do my routine breast self-exams and to schedule clinical breast exams based, I like it also locates the nearest Clinic/center based on my location via Google Maps.

This app also help's you get on track by reminding yourself to schedule your next breast self-exam though a push notification or via email.I like the "Learn More" section because it talks about the following:

Why do I need it?

Abnormal Results..

I recommend everyone to head on over to www.nationalbreastcancer.org and learn more on "October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month", which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease, and chose just like me or any of the thee option available to help spread awareness!
