My Review:

After receiving this product and trying on my skin I saw my dark circle minimize and my skin felt toner around my eyes. Youth Express Eye Gel by Insta Natural has a gel like substance in a cloudy color and has no scent, the gel absorb well and after application it feels a little tacky to touch. This gel you can apply under makeup which is great!
