This actually works! I do have to say I had problems keeping my self some gagging from the peroxide gel mixing with my saliva. I had to repeat twice to get the right amount so I dont feel nauseous.Please note to take time to read instructions on how to prep and apply properly! After taking the correct indications I waited 15 min I rinsed and checked my teeth out and they did look brighter.
